On my recent visit, I had the pleasure of experiencing the local dining scene, which is a delightful mix of modern and traditional Turkish flavors. One dish that stood out was the grilled sea bass at Maçakızı, which was perfectly cooked and served with a refreshing herb salad. The ambiance of the restaurant, perched on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea, made the meal all the more memorable.
